Sure it does.  You get the reward points and then use Improvement through 
Study to get skills you want (and in the campaign world are available) but 
didn't get to use on the advanture.

BTW learn how to use AOL's quote feature correctly.  I am not cleaning up 
you replies anymore so everybody can see just how clueless you really are.
