You're probably referring to D-Roc's (Deric Bernier) Master Martial Arts 
list. I've got a copy if he's not still got it posted on his Website.
He has Pentjak Silat listed as follows:- The Eastern art of 
Assassination, this Martial Art is shrouded in secrecy and deceit. It 
has been said to learn its secrets is to lose your soul. No-one knows 
where it is taught.
