The Flaness has just emerged from what the inhabitants of Greyhawk
would consider a mild winter. The city had just emerged from years of
neglect to prosperity due to the new found wealth in the ruined Castle
Greyhawk. Peace and prosperity are now common place in the independent
trading city. 

Midsummers Eve arrived in the midst of the most plentiful season
anyone could remember. So plentiful that his most Pious Majesty,
Belvor IV, ruler of Greyhawk has issued a decree. Belvir IV sent
invitations out to the nearby Gnomish, Halfing, Elvish, and Dwarvish
communities to join Greyhawk in their Midsummer's Eve festivities. 

The festivities are just at hand when the invited communities arrive
adminst great splendor and celebration. First to arrive were the
Elves, then the Gnomes, and the Dwarves. Concern then spread
throughout the council of elders for the Halfing delegation had not
yet arrived. It was very strange for the Halfings to miss such
festivities. Greyhawk immediately sent forth a search party. They had
been searching for three days when they were discovered. Or at least
the survivors. The remaining survivors were carrying a cart with a
carcass. A Kobold. This was not any ordinary Kobold but this one had
finely wrought armour and weapons. There was pouch filled with gold and
silver.

This is a teaser for the ADND game. This will be a first edition
campaign. I find that first edition is simple yet pleasurable. This
will be a good mix of role play and ADND action. Please only serious
role-players wanted. If you plot, action, high sorcery, fantasy and a
chance for an on-going campaign then please check out us. I am looking
for players who can post AT LEAST three times a week. 

We are using the 80 point character creation system. For more detailed
information please read our forum for additional information
(including campaign information, house rules, etc).

Also - we may meet once a month online via either WebRPG or OpenRPGfor
fun and gaming. For the most part this will be a PBEM but would again
like to meet once a month at the same time for some real time RPG.
This is optional depending on the overall wishes of the group.

Lastly, if you are interested first send me a somewhat detailed
concept for your character. Include a brief summary of your
character's background (history, appearance, etc). Those selected will
then be contacted for the actual character creation.
