Freelance Traveller, the Electronic Fan-Supported Traveller® 
Resource has posted its most recent update to

 - Part 11 of Richard Honeycutt's Cultural Exchange has been
   posted to Raconteur's Rest. 

 - John Snead's Fast Couriers, designed for GURPS Traveller,
   can be found in the Shipyard. 

 - The Stormhawk-class Q-ship, a GURPS Traveller design by
   Kevin Walsh, appears in the Shipyard. 

 - The IRC information in Traveller on the Internet (in the
   Information Center) has been updated to reflect recent
   developments. 

 - Michael Capriola and C. A. Pella bring the chapter four of
   Smoke Test to Raconteur's Rest. 

 - Joseph Kimball's rules for Missile Magazines in High Guard
   can be found in the Shipyard.
