[admin] email woes

Looks like there was a messup here at OSU where I maintain the moderation 
account, and very possibly the moderation account was disabled.  At least none 
of my tests have come through either.

Campus was moving to a different email service, and it's likely, just like 
last time we moved services, the moderation alias was missed.

If you have sent me a posting within the last week (or so) and have not seen 
it arrive on rec.games.frp.announce, please EMAIL it to me at 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] instead.

If I can't get the moderation alias fixed quickly at OSU, I'll set up and 
direct a different alias within the next couple of days.
