Newish -- in 4e it said that NND attacks could only do BODY with the
GM's permission, but didn't specify any additional advantage cost for
it. In 5e it says that you have to buy the "Does BODY" advantage (+1)
as well as the NND advantage (+1), and get the GM's permission to do
so.
5e is a lot better at closing up ommissions and loopholes than 4e was,
though in broad strokes they're very similar. Overall, I'm pretty
happy with 5e.
