Photoshop ...  (I do ALOT of irregular cut and paste of large irregular objects)

Am I missing something or has the latest Photoshop have  line drawing tool yet
(you know like MS Paint has  - rubberband line)  -- or am I blind ????
and its there hidden in plain sight -- If Im not wrong, boy Id like to knock those
designers heads together for the ommission.
