True. At our game club, being eliminated from a game is no problem - there 
will be another game starting soon. 

IMO one of the weaknesses of Risk 2210 is the fact that there is usually NO 
incentive to eliminate players. So a powerless player will just sit there, 
powerless, waiting for the game to end.
