You still haven't explained how this is at all related to his question. He
wants to have people go to his website and make their own instant personal
custom coat of arms, download it and print it, all without human interaction.
This isn't something where they place an order and he just does it himself with
a drawing program and sends it to them later.

So far you've talked about an obscure vector drawing application that is used
on Risc-based computers, not something at all related to websites. Are you
horribly confused about what he's asking for, really bad at explaining how your
answer helps him, or just a true fanatic who never misses a chance to hype a
favorite product even when it has nothing to do with the question? Or some
combination?
