a partly book review (Robert Asprin)

Well, I happen to read the 12th MYTH novel at the moment ("Something
M.Y.T.H. Inc") ...

I have to say, until now, it is really awful. Unlike the former books
of the series I have written, it is full of out-of-universe
connections and really weak puns.

A finger with a ring dropped into a drink called Volcano while the
crew doing that (a role-playing group of students doing that because
the necessary kind of clothes is cheaply available in Klah) is waiting
for something to happen. They are acting according to the book about a
fellowship ... 

One is rather cute, though ... Guido referring to the guy selling him
high quality  crossbows. Guess what, the name of that guy is Iolo.

I am only 50 pages into the novel, but yet, I am not sure how I will
like the book. I will read it to the end, though.

I fear for the worst, as the 11th novel (Mythion Improbable) was
really bad.

Still, I need about three or four other M.Y.T.H. novels, then the
collection is complete ....
