My mother's relatives are from over that direction.  She's from East
Liverpool.  Her dad's side is straight from England, but her mom's
side is from ... drats, forgot the name of the town.  I can see the
"...., Wood Co., WV" on all my ancestry charts, but that town evades
me.  Anyway, tiny town kind of southwest (I think) of Parkersburg.  I
found someone with my great uncle's name that sort of "fits" (but no
proof yet) who was born right across the border in Ohio.  I can't
quite figure that out except that it's so close to the border that
maybe the only hospital was over there or something weird.  I don't
know the name Belpre though.
