 Publish 21, which was released to the Pacific shard on the morning of
Monday, November 24 CST, has been approved for worldwide release.This
publish includes the fixes listed in the "Publish 21 Updates & Bug Fixes"
article of UO.com's Update Center. However, there are three minor issues
that remain to be addressed:
  a.. Using the "Sacred Journey" button on the 8th page of a runebook will
not work.
  b.. Using "Sacred Journey" from a runebook will use double the normal Mana
and tithe points.
  c.. If your pet is following you before it attacks a target, it will not
continue to follow you unless tell it to do so.
We intend to fix these remaining issues with the next scheduled publish
(Publish 22).

They say there are three minor issues that need to be addressed. So that
means that they will address those bugs, in Pub 22. Now rest easy Skinner.
:-) And we all can cross our fingers that Pub 22 doesn't come up with worse
bugs than those. The one where other people could possibly log on with my
character was the spookiest one yet. Hope that one is ironed out.
