There are a number of PCs out there, all over the world, that never
seem to get patched against these exploits.  No one's sure if it's on
purpose or not.  Some end users refuse to run the patches because
they're afraid these will break something else, others are so totally
clueless about computers that they click on anything that crosses
their screen.
