Nah, the demo for the "patched" version of TNT is a regular
Single-player (Green), Final Doom v1.9, demo, recorded from
the TNT directory in DOS, thusly:

doom2 -file tnt31.wad -warp 31 -skill 4 -nomonsters -record tnt31all

For me that demo plays back fine under DOS or Doom95, so long as
the tnt31.wad file is included in the playback.
If the yellow key already appears in your version of TNT.WAD, then
you don't need the patch, and (in theory) the demo should still work.
