Help with Windoom needed please.

Up until a week ago, I could run Doom2 in XP by using Windoom /
Frontend, and everything worked fine in 800 x 600. Due to a hard drive
problem, I had to re-install XP and Windoom, but now the mouse doesn't
work in doom at all. I did make sure that the "use mouse" box was
ticked, but it made no difference.
Can anyone help?
