Wow! I just use Paint and a DOS palette changer I wrote. Sometimes I use Corel 
Photo-Paint, but not often. 

For instance, the Lesser & Greater Vampires in Hermitage were cut-and-paste 
Doom/Hexen jobs, but the Royal Vampire is a color shift.
