According to last results in computer olympiads in Graz
( http://www.cs.unimaas.nl/olympiad2003/bulletins/bulletin8.pdf ),
we have :

ZMBL           7/8
XieXie         5/8 ( +1.5 in playoff )
ELP            5/8 ( +0.5 in playoff )
Contemplation    1.5/8
Lock ( = Shiga ) 1.5/8

Level of this tournament is very high.
Only XieXie and Shiga are commercial programs.
