Where can I purchase the strongest COMMERICAL chinese chess program?

Hello.

This is my first post to the forum. I realize that this is somewhat
subjective but I wish to hear some opinions about where I may purchase
the strongest *available chinese chess program to play against.

I have read that MRSJ is the strongest but alas it is not for sale.
So.. which of the strongest IS indeed for sale?

Lastly, in international chess, there are database programs etc and
also trainers that help you learn openings etc. Are such things
available for chinese chess?
