At the National Chess Congress IM Larry Kaufman gave me permission to put his 
award-winning article from the
March 1999 Chess Life, "The Evaluation of Material Imbalances" on the web. However, he 
does not have an
electronic copy and I don't have a scanner.

Does anyone have an electronic copy (Word format is good but text is OK) of this
