If you want to look just at the joint population, there were 3020 regular
and economy adult members with established ratings in the 2002 annual list
who were also in the 2003 annual list.
Of these, here's the breakdown in 100 point intervals based on the 2002
list and whether their rating went up or down in the past 12 months:
