this is a bullit chess opening. it has no consequences to a bullit player if
he is strong because no attacking pieces of black are developed yet and he
does not have to anticipate any move of black's to play these.
the opening is designed to save time in a game of zero seconds in a 1 second
increment to accrue time on one's clock before discerning the position.
