Re: Playing online



For what it's worth, I've recently become quite a devotee of FICS.  Started
using Winboard as a client, but have recently gotten to like Thief 1.1.
There's plenty of competition for my level of play (FICS rating ~1600
Standard), and you can't beat the price on any of this stuff.

Add in Crafty for analyzing my blunders, and it's a pretty good setup.
(Although I did send my wife a link to Fritz 8 as a Christmas hint!)
