If he is just charging for burning them onto CDs or DVDs, then I doubt there is a problem. But if he sells them for $80.00 or something, that is questionable since the 3-4-5 piece files fit on two DVD-R/DVD+R disks, and the cost would be under $10.00 total for supplies.. -- Robert M.
