The are both Modern Chess Openings 14th edition, which was edited by Nick DeFirmian. The Bastsford one was published in England, the other in the USA, I recall seeing a review (might have been John Watson's on the The Week In Chess site) comparing MCO and Nunn's Chess Openings, which also gave some comparison between the two versions of MCO. The viewer preferred the Batsford version , becuase it was easier to read - the paper was brighter/whiter and the font was easier to read. Mike Ogush
