What areas of the world produce the most rude bridge players?

Part of another thread has brought of several questions. That thread dealt
with what is unethical behavior. During this discussion references were made
to rude bridge players. OK, what county or continent is the worst. What area
is the best.

I'm going to venture a guess that the best behaved players are from the far
east, China and Japan.

The worst, in my limited experience are the French.
