Looks like they did do something unethical, they just didn't cheat.
They argued with each other and took away from their opponents pleasure in playing the game. That may be disagreeable but it certainly isn't unethical. If it is, then about 1/2 of the ACBL has been guilty of unethical behavior some time in their playing lives.
