Its drawback is that like some other Lucre powers, you become powerless by other players just ignoring it. Wait a second. Never mind. You just described Hurtz, original Eon version, with an upgrade in ability. Since I have gone down the slippery slope of modifying canon powers, I could modify Hurtz for my own set with this. Hmm.
