Maybe the equivalent of a 'finder' edict whenever Goggle is a main player [this sort of steps on Mind's toes, I guess]? Or perhaps the ability to call for a non-unique card (thus eliminating flares, the 40, the 30, and certain edicts) when a main player and all players must turn any instance of the named card over to him?
