Steven,

I thank you for you input about the game 'Settlers of Catan' but I
have yet to find the game in any store around my area.  I know I could
always order it off the internet but I try to refrain from doing so as
much as possible.  As for if i've ever played the game, I have...and I
also agree the it is probably one of the best board games i have ever
played,  all I have played though is the basic set but I have seen one
of the expansions where you could also sail ships....it looked pretty
fun but I did not get the oppertunity to play.  The group I always
played, we all called it "crack" because of how addicting it was. :) 
It looks like my best bet will be just ordering it off the internet.
