Mayfair Rulebook

I'm working on making a fairly complete Mayfair set out of a Cosmic
Supreme set, and while I can, with work, make cards for missing
powers/flares/edicts and adjust the deck size and proportions to
accomodate what I can't make, I don't have a rulebook to go with the
set.  Can someone here help me out?

I do have the Simply Cosmic and MCE rulebooks, but somehow they seem
"incomplete" for the set that I will end up with.  I know that the
Warp has the basic rules, and several places have the postscript
version of the EON rules, and I even found a PDF version of the "new"
Avalon Hill rulebook.  I also found a reference in the archives of
this group (from 1997) saying that Mayfair had a FTP downloadable copy
(PDF?) on their site, but it looks like it is no longer there.

Does anyone know why the Mayfair rulebook doesn't seem to be available
while the other two are?

Is there some very kind soul out there who has the Mayfair rules and
would be willing to email it to me???
