P-KB3 is equivalent to g3. It's pronounced Pawn to King Bishop Three. The
notation called Descriptive Notation or, more specifically, English
Descriptive Notation. That "English" is it's downfall, the reason that it
has fallen out of favor in the last several decades. Algebraic Notation is
easier to use across linguistic boundaries.
