More Planetpoker Cust Svc Nightmare!!

Just an added note, this site is run by scammers who seem to do
everything in their power to hold your money. I have resolved myself
to the loss of the money but I urge all others who consider playing
online to avoid planetpoker at all costs!!!! They have given every
excuse in the book not to cash this money out, saying the money hasnt
cleared, the money cleared my account a day ago. Then after telling
them that they could keep the stinking money they call my home at 5am
to discuss it further even after saying dont call, just cash me out.
When I asked to close the account they gave me nothing but resistance
and the account 12 hours after asking it be closed is still active.
All I can say is there are alot of sites to play on and planet should
not even be a consideration to anyone who wants to have a good
experience. They have no action most of the time and when push comes
to shove they dont want to pay out to their customers in a timely
fashion. Their site shows transactions taking 3-5 days to clear but in
this case they are now saying that a transaction from 11/29 wont clear
until 12/8, another lie. Mr. Caro you should be ashamed of yourself
for lending your name to a business like this. Aside from all this I
now feel I have to close my checking acct because it is linked to
these shady people, so even getting my money I still end up
inconvenienced way more than was necessary. Once again avoid planet,
play anywhere else beside there.
