For the online casinos that use software from one of the major brands
(i.e., MicroGaming, RTG, etc.), are they able to set the payout % or
somehow configure the odds in another way? Or, for example, do all
MicroGaming casinos' "American Roulette" games have the same odds/payout
regardless of the casino, and it's just up to each casino to decide which
games they offer?
