We could save tons of money by mandating that everyone wear blue
unisex jumpsuits, too.  I think the notion of a forceable ban on
businesses from choosing whether to allow smoking in their
establishments is just more nanny state nonsense.  Good god you're
still going to die whether you smoke or not.  Get real, folks.  If you
can't stand it go play bingo at the church hall with all the other
blue hairs.
