Actually, you are correct.. As of PRESENT, US members cannot join.. But,
they are working to resolve that issue

The Canadian issue.. Nothing will come of it, as the Crown has no case
against them.
There were some problems with the way the program ran, but since the
products were implemented into Silos, it appears that the problems have been
resolved.
