<snip> Harry I tried to understand your write up as best as I could... I do not think I suceeded so therefore I am in no position to make a comment. However, I do share your sentitment. Basic principle raise certain questions about the VWD operation. I wonder how many syndicates they have? 48 x £5 = £240 what kind of wheel are they using? If the number of syndicates is multipled by 240 then that's a lot of tickets. The logistics of printing and taking the tickets to an outlet for processing is in it self a feat. I Can imagine the shop keepers glee, 5 pence in the pound. If the time for feeding one ticket is approx 5 seconds this equates to 12 tickets per minute equates to 20 mins for each 240 tickets or one syndicate. That makes 3 syndicates per hour (720 tickets). Given that VWD successful as they are in their business every 10 syndicates earns the shopkeeper £120. If this is done then Camelot are or should be aware of this. Camelot does have rules about Commercial Syndicates VWD should check on this. I suggest with the money collected by VWD after commission and expenses the remaining money is recycled as lottery wins. It's a very old schema similar to banking. But recycling as lottery money is much better as there are more losers than winners so VWD get to keep losers money also as well as the predetermined commission. If this is not the case then me mate wants to know if VWD would bring the tickets to his shop and in return he'll give back to VWD 20% of his take. TC
