Another lotto challenge thread

Someone please post the exact rules of the lotto challenge!

I want to volunteer to be part of a control group of people who 
use methods other than software in the futile attempt to 
"predict" winning numbers.  It is my belief that a group of 
people who use "psychic powers," astrology and other primitive 
superstitions, wild guesses, trivial BASIC programs, signs from 
various gods, etc., will do as well overall as the software 
approaches.  (If this would make all the software guys pull out, 
forget it.)  If I win, I'll sell copies of my secret method for 
$2.99.
