Implicit in my comments are a belief that no one has that degree of skill.

I believe that, with painstaking practice, shooters can influence the dice.
That does not mean they can do it with sufficient accuracy to overcome the
double digit odds of prop bets. The guys I know and have played with, live and
die by whirl bets, which are an abomination unto the Lord.

It is possible to believe that Heavy can influence the dice, and at the same
time believe he's overbetting the props. 

It's not a far cry from saying that just because you are counting correctly,
that you are betting optimally or properly deviating from basic strategy. Or
toking too much......
