Actually, the best way to come home a winner is to take your entire
bankroll and bet it all on one hand.  This is known as a "plunger".  This
way you might have a 49.5 percentage of doubling your stake.  Making
numerous small bets the chances of doubling your stake go down.  TWGBJB
explains this quite nicely.
