Does anyone have Venetian Blackjack Tournanent Details?

Hi all.  First off, I want to preface this note by mentioning that I will be
playing in a "free" Blackjack tournament.  I typically wouldn't enter a
tournament where I would have to pay.

Anyway, my question is does anyone know what the "rules" are for the
Blackjack tournaments at the Venetian?  How about "Strip" tournaments in
general?  I would appreciate if you all would share your knowledge as to how
these tournaments are handled.  Are the "rules" typically the same for all
strip casinos?  I am particularly interested in knowing if there are a set
number of hands, if the button "starting" position if randomly chosen or if
it always starts @ the seat immediately left of the dealer.

Any other "strategy" tips are greatly appreciated!
