double down rule

Double Down rule variation:
 I have a six deck game. Downtown rules.
 ..But also I have early surrender VS. 10 only
 ..double on any 3 or 4 card 9,10,11
 ..re-split Aces/ 
 ..double after split.
 What is my disadvantage off the top//
