Vegan apple pie recipie?

Hi;

A new friend of mine who is a cook has offered to bake me a pie, but
she is totally unacquainted with vegetarianism.  I am only the second
one she met.

Does anyone have a vegan apple pie recipie that is fairly close to a
traditional recipe?  I don't want to shock her with a lot of funky
ingredients :)
