Why not pucker up and go for the full sours? ;-)
Strubs from Canada make excellent kosher full and half sour pickles, both 
the shelf ones and the crunchy ones (refrigerated). Their refrigerated 
ones use Kosher salt, garlic and spices, no vinegar, no chemicals. You 
need to look in the refrigerated section of your deli for something 
similar. 

In Michigan, the only Strubs pickles you would probably find are sold 
under the store names of Trader Joe's (Trader Joe's Refrigerated Pickles) 
or Schlotzsky's Deli's (Schlotzsky's Pickles). In fact, Strub's actually 
makes these types of pickles for all Trader Joe's and Schlotzsky's stores 
in the USA.
