Let me use Chicken Chow Mein as an example. The fat content of the frozen
chicken chow mein shall not exceed 4.0 g per 8 ounces (227 g) of finished
product. Since generally Chinese Chow Mein has chicken, pork or beef, it
should have a lot calories, if not too much.
