Mix it, then take a teaspoon (or so) of the mixture. Add equal amounts of flour and water to double what you have. Mix that in. Put it in a reasonably warm place, and watch to see what happens. After a few hours, if all is well, it will increase in volume significantly. Repeat the process above a few times and you should be ready to bake. HTH, -- Kenneth If you email...
