Pumpkin Pie Cake 15 oz. can pumpkin 1 can evaporated milk 3 eggs 1 1/3 cup sugar (a sugar substitute may be used) 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/4 tsp. ground cloves 1 dry yellow cake mix 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted chopped walnuts, if desired Mix all ingredients except cake mix and butter. Pour mixture into a 13x9" cake pan. Top with dry cake mix. Pat lightly. Drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix. Top with nuts.
