www.lilliebellefarms.com hi, I am the chocolatier, jeff the chef, and I have a unique approach to chocolate making. I grow and utilize my own organic berries in my chocolates. yep, I am crazy, but it is worth it. All summer we pick and preserve our Organic specialty berries and then begin to make the finest Belgian Style Pralines and truffles from them. We have been favorably reviewed in Wine Specatator( 11/03) and are on a course of marketing these one of a kind treats nationwide. We have great success selling them to wineries in our area and a few high end gourmet shops. Every public tasting we do receives rave reviews. These are High End perishable specialty chocolates and need to be treated with care. No artificials of any kind go into their making. My question is this: How does one find "reps" for the high end chocolate markets? peace cheffy
