For at least the last 5-10 years, my turkey beer has been
Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale. The main reason is that I
like it and it is released every year in the weeks before
Thanksgiving, but I also think it's strong and hoppy enough
to stand up to typical rich Thanksgiving fare, yet not so
rich, malty, and strong to be overbearing.
