Doppelbock with turkey.  Caramelized melanoidiny malts meld right in with
the dry meat and caramelized/roasted skin.
Oktoberfest/Marzen works well too.

On Christmas when I'll go with a standing rib roast, I go for something
like Fuller's Vintage Ale.
