Re: Kids at contra dances



Prying a couple of kids apart from the only person each knows besides their
parents (each other) is pretty daunting. Much harder than organizing a couple
(of experienced dancers) to each ask one of an adult newcomer couple to dance.

If in fact the two kids were in "bounce, play and giggle" mode, there is imo no caller act that I can envision, that would have remedied the problem.
